1. Products & Orders

 All products are handmade garments manefactured in Morocco. By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.Pricing & Currency Prices 

are displayed in multiple currencies, including USD, CUR, BR and MAD. Customers can select their preferred currency at checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. If your card or PayPal account is in a different currency, your payment provider may apply conversion fees.

4. Payment Method.s

 We accept payments via Pad, Pad , Braintree (credit/debit cards), and other methods as listed at checkout.

5.Shipping & Delivery

 Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Standard delivery times:

 - Morocco: 2-5 business days

 - Europe: 7-12 business days 

 - USA/Canada: 10-15 business days

6. Returns & Refunds

 You may return items within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and with original tags. 

To request a return, email contact@nomadigo.com. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
